| 摘 要： | 丰富农村寄宿制学校生活,提高学生积极适应能力是寄宿制学校建设的重要内容。当前,由于办学条件、教育观念和师资力量等方面的原因,我国农村寄宿制学校生活单调,难以适应学生对寄宿生活的多样化要求。为了丰富农村寄宿制学校生活,提高学生积极适应能力,促进其身心健全发展,笔者提出了以下措施:国家必须多渠道筹措教育经费,加大对寄宿制学校的扶持力度,改善办学条件,合理设置教师编制;寄宿制学校自身要转变教育观念,准确定位自身功能,提高教师综合素质,开发校本课程,加强校园文化建设;鼓励学生参与学校和班级管理,激发学生生活信心。
