| 摘 要： | 我国法学本科教育应根据社会对人才的实际需求,建立起符合社会发展的复合型、应用型法律人才培养模式。应用型法律人才培养模式的构建是培养应用型法律人才的关键,而应用型人才培养目标的实现,有赖于教育理念的转变,合理的课程设置和实践教学体系的构建。

| Abstract: | The law undergraduate education should be based on the actual needs of society,and establish a legal talents training model that must meet the social development.Construction of innovative system in training mode about applied legal talents is the key of training applied legal talents.To achieve the goals that are training applied legal talents will depend on changes in educational philosophy,reasonable curriculum and construction of practice teaching system. |
