| 摘 要： | 根据人类的三种基本属性,对应人类社会存在着三种需要,即物质资料的需求,社会秩序的需求,生活意义的需求。本文通过对中国的经济、政治、文化各领域的现状分析,以及对三种需求对比分析,指出秩序需求是中国当前最迫切的最稀缺的一种需求。采取的措施是不仅要不断完善各种体制,协调好各种关系保持一种相对稳定的状态,而且要建立健全的法制体系。

| Abstract: | According to the three basic properties of human beings,there are three demands existed in the human society: the demand for material goods;the demand for social order and the demand for life significance.By analyzing the present conditions in areas of economy,politics,culture and making a comparative analysis among the three demands,that the demand for order is the most deficient one in China is finally raised.The best approach is to constantly improve the different systems,to coordinate the different relationships and to maintain the relatively stable environments,especially to establish the perfect legal order. |
