| 摘 要： | 从国家工作人员行贿犯罪的特点来看,国家工作人员行贿犯罪比一般公民和单位的行贿犯罪具有更严重的社会危害性。我国刑法中关于国家工作人员行贿犯罪的一些立法仍存在缺陷,应对国家工作人员行贿罪从重处罚,扩充行贿内容,并增设罚金刑、资格刑。

| Abstract: | Seen from the characterization of bribery,bribery by government employees is more destructive to the society than by ordinary citizens or organizations.As legislation inadequacy exists in the criminal law of our country on bribery by government employees,the claims are made in the study that more severe punishment should be imposed on bribery by government employees,that the concept of bribery should be extended,and that punishment in the form of fine and de-qualification should be added. |
