论我国东北的创业文化

振兴东北老工业基地,需要培育适应市场经济的创业文化。历史上,东北地区形成了闯关东和大庆精神创业文化。培育东北创业文化需要继承和发扬这两种创业文化中的积极成分,转变创业理念,营造创业环境,创新创业体制,从而构建学习型创业文化。

On the Entrepreneurial Cultures in the Northeast of China

To develop the old industrial base in the Northeast of China vigorously is to cultivate the entrepreneurial cultures that fit in with the market-oriented economy. In the history, the entrepreneurial cultures-"to brave the journal to the Northeast" and "Daqing Spirit" were formed in the Northeast. To cultivate the entrepreneurial cultures require us to inherit and carry on their positive factors ,to transform the entrepreneurial ideas, to produce the entrepreneurial environment and to create the entrepreneurial system ,which aims at forming an entrepreneurial culture of study.
