| 摘 要： | 为了获得竞争优势 ,许多公司尝试进行业务流程再造。但是这种变革并没有给公司带来显著的业绩 ,究其原因在于流程再造过于关注流程结构 ,而对确保高质量的流程所需的绩效测度很少重视。本文就流程绩效测度进行了研究 ,并提出建立连续评价流程绩效的评价体系是进行有效流程再造的关键。

| Abstract: | Many companies have undertaken the business process reengineering in order to gain a competitive advantage. But these changes do not bring about great improvement to the companies. The reason is that they pay less attention to the process performance measurement than to the process structure. In this paper, an approach of process performance measurement is described .It is argued that to establish a continuous process performance evaluation system is the key of business process reengineering. |
