| 摘 要： | 在民族主义于社会主义社会中仍然存在的时代条件下，民族主义因素对新中国外交政策的实践发挥着重要作用。本文试图对新中国外交政策的演绎过程进行梳理，分析和探讨民族主义因素在其形成和发展过程中的影响，并从中作出正确的价值判断，以求裨益于我国当代外交政策的制定和实施。

| Abstract: | Under the epochal conditions that the nationalism still exists while socialist states appears, nationalism factors plays an important role in the foreign policy practice of the the People＇s Republic of China. In order to benefit the establishment and practice of contemporary foreign policy of the PRC, this paper attempts to analyze the development of foreign policy of the PRC, probes and discusses the influence of nationalism factors which affects the formation of foreign policy of the PRC. |
