| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种以资源的高效利用和循环利用为核心,以减量化、再利用、再循环"为原则,以低消耗、低排放、高效率为基本特征,符合可持续发展理念的经济增长模式.本文以冶钢集团对钢渣的处理和利用为例,说明冶钢集团钢渣的特点、处理方法以及处理终产物的利用,尝试性地从循环经济学角度对钢渣的资源化策略提出了新的建议,并对其可行性、开发利用策略进行了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | Recycle economy is cored with high efficiency and recycle of resource with the characteristic of low-expenditure,low-drainage and high efficiency in the principle of reduce,reuse,and recycle which is conformed to the concept of sustained development.This paper examines Daye Steel Group Co.Ltd to give a general idea about the characteristics,disposal and utilization of the steel-slag.Meanwhile,it tentatively advances several suggestions to the recycle of steel-slag produced by Daye Steel Group Co.Ltd from the view of recycle economy and discusses the feasibility and tactics of utilization. |
