基于LabWindows/CVI的俯仰平台PID控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:伺服俯仰平台对位置、速度控制的精度、响应时间要求很高,俯仰传动过程复杂,控制系统的传递函数难以建立。本文应用LabWindows/CVI交互式开发平台,搭建硬件控制平台,对俯仰平台的运动控制系统进行数学模型设计,并通过仿真,给出了满足要求的PID控制参数,设计了俯仰平台软硬件控制系统。实践证明:基于labWindows/CVI设计的俯仰控制系统能够满足控制系统精度和响应时间的要求,且具有操作简单、调试方便、控制准确的特点。

Abstract:The platform of servo pitch requires high precision and fast response time of position and velocity,the transmission process is complex,Building the transfer function is hard.So Applying the interactive platform of Lab-Windows/CVI has proposed in this paper,the hardware platform has built,the mathematical model of the control platform has designed,and By Simulation,the appropriate parameters of PID has set,the software and hardware of control platform system has designed.Practice has proved the design and implementation of PID control pitch platform Based on LabWindows/CVI meets the precision and the response time and the it has some characteristic like simple operation,convenient debug,and the accurate control.
