| 摘 要： | 北美早期华工研究的最大困难是缺乏他们的文献材料。艾尔松修女以数十年之力,通过系统地查阅当年的报刊,追寻早期华工在北美大地上的踪迹,撰成《爱达荷华人往事》一书,为我们提供了一幅栩栩如生的北美早期华人移民生活的画卷。

| Abstract: | It is the lack of their own archives and references that constitute the most difficulty in the research of early Chinese laborers in North America.Sister Mary Alfred Elsensohn,after dozens of years of research and exploration of the footprints of early Chinese laborers among journals and newspapers in the second half of 19th century and early 20th century,compiled the book titled Idaho Chinese Lore.The book has well provided a living document of early Chinese laborers in North America. |
