| 摘 要： | 自主创新对于占有企业总数90％以上的中小企业具有重要意义。融资难、投入低已成为制约其发展的“瓶颈”。本文借鉴发达国家风险投资方面的先进经验，针对我国风险投资存在的问题，在拓宽风险资本来源、加强风险投资外部环境建设、健全风险投资的运行机制和退出机制等方面提出对策和建议。
