| 摘 要： | 结合企业核心能力和地区竞争力理论,给出了城市群核心能力的定义并分析了城市群核心能力发展阶段特点。根据中原城市群核心能力的阶段特点提出如下建设对策:以竞争促合作;集聚全省人口到中原城市群;确定不同的产业龙头地区;建立若干同一的大平台;构建基于大企业的产业组织网络;培养和发挥企业家的作用。
