美国博士研究生培养模式探析及启示

Doctor training is the highest level in national education system.How to ensure the quality of postgraduate training and raise doctors' creative abilities has already drawn the attention of the whole society.Doctor education should emphasize comprehensive quality and research ability,reform the "test oriented" selective mode,strengthen the training of applied talents,promote the diversity of degree types,optimize curriculum setup,improve course quality,form groups of supervisors to multiply the modes of guidance,hence to raise the overall quality of doctor training in China.
