摘    要:在建立新型钢管脚手架扣件的有限元分析模型的基础上,对扣件各部件之间的连接以及斜楔的预紧力问题进行了处理。应用有限元软件ALGOR对其进行了静态性能的分析,得出扣件的应力和位移变形云图,结果表明所分析的对象在其安全的使用范围内。论文提出的研究方法为同类产品的优化设计提供了新的研究思路。

Abstract:Based on the finite element analysis(FEA) model of steel tube scaffold couplers,the corresponding connection of scaffold couplers and pre-load of slide wedge have been discussed.The static performances have been analyzed by finite element software ALGOR,scaffold coupler's stress-strain and displacement distortion nephogram have been obtained,it indicates that couplers are safety.The suggested method of investigation in this paper provides a new way for optimized design.
