| 摘 要： | 中国共产党领导的党际政治协商民主,是共产党与各民主党派围绕国家重大方针政策和重要事务,进行平等协商的民主形式。新中国成立以来,中国共产党领导的党际政治协商民主的发展,先后经历了初步发展、曲折发展和快速发展三个阶段。通过考察中国共产党领导的党际政治协商民主的发展,从中可以认识到,坚持中国共产党的领导是中国党际政治协商民主稳步发展的必要前提,坚持正确的思想政治路线是中国党际政治协商民主稳步发展的根本基础,坚持推动党际政治协商民主制度建设是中国党际政治协商民主稳步发展的重要保证。

| Abstract: | The interparty deliberative democracy in China is the form of democracy of the deliberation between the Communist Party and Democratic Parties.Since the founding of PRC,its development can be divided into three periods,namely,initial development,tortuous development and rapid development.Reviewing the history of the interparty deliberative democracy in China,we may get some inspiration:adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the prerequisite of the development of interparty political deliberation,adhering to the correct political course is the basis,and adhering to promoting the system construction of interparty political deliberation is the important guarantee of the interparty political deliberation. |
