| 摘 要： | 目的：了解援建人员的生活质量，为提高其生活质量提供理论基础。方法：采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定简式量表（WHOQOL-BREF）对2009年2-5月112名江苏援建人员和100名当地居民的生活质量进行问卷调查。结果：援建人员在社会关系和环境领域的得分高于当地居民（P〈0．01），而援建人员对自身健康状况总的主观感受得分则低于当地居民（P〈0．01）。结论：需要加强对援建人员自身健康状况的保障工作。

| Abstract: | Objective：To understand and improve the quality of reconstruction personnel＇s life,and provide a theoretical basis. Methods： 112 staff of Jiangsu and 100 local residents were investigated into questionnaine of quality of life with the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Short（WHOQOL-BREF）from Feb to May in 2009. Results：The scores of aidworkers were higher then the local residents in the field of social relations and envioronment （P 〈 0.01 ）and lower in the subjective feelings of their own health status （P 〈 0.01 ） Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen the protection of the reconstruction personnel＇s health condition. |
