| 摘 要： | 小金属具有资源稀缺性、技术创新性、市场独占性和价值增值性的经济学特性。从供给、需求、产量、价值等四个方面看,小金属具备发展成为大产业的条件。小金属如何成为大产业,本文提出了产业链现代化、价值链国际化、生态链园区化、技术链聚合化、营销链服务化、供应链市场化、组织链信息化等七个方面的实现途径。

| Abstract: | Minor Metal has special economic characteristics in terms of resource - scarcity, techno - innovation, market - mo- nopoly and value -adding. Considering market supply and demand, production volume, and value, minor metal has favorable factors to be developed into mega industry. How can minor metal be developed into mega industry？ The article proposes 7 ap- proaches along the way ： modernization of industry chain, internalization of value chain, industrial - clustering ecological chain, agglomeration of technology chain, service - oriented marketing chain, market - oriented supply chain, and informationized or- ganization chain. |
