| 摘 要： | 洗钱罪是我国新刑法增加的一个罪名。这对于打击日益猖獗的洗钱犯罪和其他与之相关的犯罪有着极为重要的意义。但有关洗钱罪的概念、犯罪构成、立法上存在的缺陷及完善等问题争议颇大,进一步的研究和探讨,对反洗钱理论的构建和反洗钱的实践具有借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Money laundering is a new crime that the new criminal code in our country adds. It is of great significance to strike the increasing money laundering and other crimes which are related with the money laundering. This article, in the hope of being a reference to the set - up of the theory and the practice of anti-money laundries, will mainly expound and analyze the definition of money laundering, the constitution of the money laundering,and the problems in legislation and consummate advice as well. |
