| 摘 要： | 慈善作为长期存在于人类社会的道德之举,在当代中国的法治背景下应该具有新的时代特点,这具体地表现为慈善活动必须依法进行,应该将公平正义作为重要的价值目标,慈善主体应努力实现自身动机的升华,作为社会则应充分尊重慈善活动中主客体的权利。

| Abstract: | Philanthropy should has the new characteristics of times in the society ruled by law as a noble behaviorlong-term existing in human society.The specific performances are Charity activities must be in accordance with law and we should take fairness and justice as an important goal;philanthropist should try to pull off the sublimation of motivation;the society should respect the rights of subject and object during the charitable interaction. |
