当前世界经济发展的主要特征是经济全球化和区域一体化。全球通过地区合作谋求经济协调发展的步伐日渐活跃。区域经济的协调、稳定和可持续发展将大大促进全球贸易的自由化程度和世界各国的经贸交流。韩国拥有中国所需要的开发经验.中国拥有巨大的市场资源,日本拥有先进的技术和大量的资本。发挥各国的长处,建立东北亚经济合作体制.将推进区域合作和区域繁荣,造福于韩中日三国人民并推进世界经济的发展。

Significance of establishing a regional economic cooperation in Northeast-Asia

The main characteristics of the world economic development nowadays are globalization and regional cooperation. Regional cooperation is believed to be able to promote the economy to develop in a more posilive and harmonious way, which can guarantee the freedom degree of the world trade and economic exchanges among different countries. Korea has more development experiences that China needs; China has a huge market open to all; and Japan has the most advanced technology and plenty of capital. To set up a regional cooperation among the three countries so as to make use of the advantages of each country will benefit the three countries in terms of the economic development and prosperity in the region of Northeast Asia.
