| 摘 要： | 随着法学教育改革的推进，我国几十所高校法学专业将起源于美国的“法律诊所教育”引进教学，并取得了良好的效果。东北农业大学，在顺应新形势前提下，既应积极推进“法律诊所”教育，又应结合本校优势形成自身特点，因此，在“诊所教育”创新、课程设置、服务范围等方面都应有所创新。
