为提高思想政治工作的实效性而努力

经过十多年来的探索和实践，佛山大学已逐步走出提高思想政治工作实效性的新路子。其基本经验是：充分利用改革开放的大环境所提供的素材、阵地和时机，实行开放式的教育，使思想政治工作与“沸腾的实际生活”相结合；避免变成孤立自足的系统，使思想政治工作围绕高校的中心任务，服务于高校的改革和发展；以重心下沉、狠抓基层，引进竞争、重在激励、划分层次、分别要求，注重渗透、着力深人为主要内容，建立良好的思想政治工作机制。

Strive to Improve the Actual Effect of Ideological and Political Work

in its more than ten years of exploration and practice, FoshanUniversity has formed an initially new approach to improving the actual effect of ideological and political work, Its basic experience is composed of the three points: (1) we should make full use of the material, positions and opportunities provided in the macro environment of our country's reform and opening to the outside world, carry out an open-door education, and combine ideological and political work with the n boiling actual lifed; (2) to prevent ideological and political work from falling into an isolated system, we should revolve it around the central tasks of higher learning institutions, and make it serve the reform and development of higher learning institutions; and (3) we should esutablish a favourable operating system of ideological and political work, the major content of which should be to pay special attention to grassroot units by keeping the work focus down to the bottom, attach great importance to mobilizing positive factors by effecting competition, make different requirements for different work target in accordance with their particular situations, andspare no effort to exploit new fields of ideological and political work.
