社会主义市场经济条件下就业、再就业问题探析

我国社会主义市场经济体制总体轮廓的确立与机制的运行,在各方面取得积极成效的同时,伴随着下岗失业者群体规模日趋庞大的趋势,并成为制约我国经济持续、稳定、健康发展和社会稳定的突出问题.在当前我国经济融入世界经济一体化进程中,缓解就业压力,扩大就业和再就业已成为政府、社会关注的突出问题.而问题的解决,必须从国情出发,通过确保我国宏观经济的快速增长;结合产业结构的调整,发展劳动密集型企业;加快推进城镇化进程;加快劳动力市场建设;大力发展中小型企业、非公有制经济、劳务输出和教育事业;建立和完善社会保障系统等一系列措施的多管齐下才能收到成效.

The Study on the Job Problem under Socialist Market Economy Condition

Together with the achievements after the establishment and execution of socialist market economy system, there's also a trend of the expanding of the unemployed masses, and it has been a big problem that hinders our economy from continuation and steady and healthy development. At present, our economy is on the way of joining in the world economy, so decreasing the job pressure, enlarging the opportunity to find a job or find a job again have been the point at issue, either to our government, or to our society. However, the solutions to the problem has to conform to the situation of our country. We have to ensure the quick increase of our macroscopic economy. At the same time, the solutions have to be along with the adjustment of industrial structure, the development of the enterprises which demands a big labor force and the middle and small enterprises, the acceleration of the process of urban construction and labor force market construction, the encouragement of private economy, labor export and education career, and the establishment and improvement of social insurance system.
