| Abstract: | The flexible production and management model was caused by the common function of market competition and sci-tech revolution.The flexible production and management is a blended integration and also ability to meet quickly the needs of diverse market.In order to establish and implement flexible production and management model in China's enterprises,we must strengthen research on exploration,make process reform,pay attention to people's training,rebuild organization and structure,and promote system's innovation. |
