| Abstract: | The negotiation for trade agreement of freedom between China and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will be held in September of 2004. It will focus on the cooperative problem of energy. This has important realistic meanings to solve the safe problem of energy to our country. And having only known the China's current energy situation and cooperative foundation between China and six counties of Bay Area, we could settle the problem well pointedly. |
