功能磁共振(fMRI)与脑语言功能研究综述

功能磁共振是近十年发展起来的先进的影像学技术,不仅在医疗上发挥着举足轻重的作用,在科研上也有着无可取代的优点。它已经广泛应用于脑的高级认知功能研究,并且成果卓著,尤其是语言功能的研究。功能磁共振(fMRI)BOLD成像技术在研究语音加工、语句、词汇处理、语义加工、词语生成、失语症、语法、脑的可塑性、语调(声调)和情绪等神经生理学机制方面取得了不小的成果。

A review of fMRI studies of the neurological mechanism of language

In the recent decade functional magnetic resonance imaging( fMRI) has been finding wide applications in many fields, not only as a diagnostic tool for medical treatment, but also as a research method for exploring the mystery of the unknown which has proved effective. One of the examples is that scientists have taken advantage of it to investigate advanced cognitive functions, especially the unique function of language of the human brain. This paper will review the latest findings and development of the researches on the neurological mechanisms of phonological, lexical, semantic processing, word generation, dyslexia, grammar, brain plasticity, tone (intonation) and mood with a hope that one day fMRI will help us understand our brain’s function better, especially in the process of language acquisition.
