| 摘 要： | 作为课程的组成部分,隐性课程是显性课程的重要补充,它具有独特的内涵、特征和作用方式,在育人过程中发挥着不可替代的作用.教育工作者只有转变观念,统一认识,加强校风、制度、校园环境等方面的建设,才能营造良好的育人氛围,取得最佳的育人效能.
