| Abstract: | Nowadays,One of the important criminal policies in China is retaining but strictly controlling and carefully using death penalty.Under the existing legal framework,it has great implications for the aim of the control of death penalty to grasp and use correct methods of legal application,methods of the interpretation of death penalty clauses,methods of choosing the sentencing circumstances of death penalty,and methods of discretionary control of death penalty. |
