| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的崛起，必然出现一个学习型社会；在学习型社会中，必然会涌现出大量的学习企业，学习型企业是最具活力的社会单元；公有制性质的学习型企业所有学习活动的出发点和归宿，都是为着营造一个共享价值体系，即为着共生存而学习、为着共创造而学习、为着共规范而学习、为着共享用而学习。

| Abstract: | The rise of the knowledge economy requires enterprises to renew their knowledge. Enterprises good atknowledge renewal are the most dynamic units of the society. The construction of a co-sharing value system is thestarting point and the final goal of slate-owned enterprises,namely, they must learn for their mutual existence,cooperative creation, for the maintenance of common norms and for mutual beneficence. |
