摘    要:随着高等教育大众化的逐步推进,各类高等学校的招生规模都已出现了大幅度增长,学生在基础、兴趣、能力等方面显现出越来越大的差异,怎样给各层次的学生创造一个与之相适应的成才环境,鼓励优秀学生脱颖而出,是各高校面对并需要研究、解决的一个问题.结合华北电力大学学分制教学管理制度改革的工作情况,总结了实施学分制四年来,在贯彻"以学生为本"的思想,充分赋予学生学习自主权,促进人才培养模式改革等方面所做的一些探索性工作.实践表明,通过实施学分制,调动了"教与学"两方面积极性,促进了教学质量的提高.

Abstract:With the popularization of Chinese higher education step by step,the dimension of recruiting students has been going up at great extent The differences in foundation,interest and ability etc.among the students are greater and greater.How to create an environment for every one to grow up and encourage those talents to show themselves is a problem for each college This paper sums up that in recent four years, our university has done the exploring work,which promotes the teaching regulatory regime,carrys out the thoughts that the students are fundamentals,endows the students with the right of studying by themselvetes and promo qualified personnel training model reform.The practice shows and that through carrying out credit system,the teachers and students are brought into play,and the quality of teaching and studying is improved.
