| 摘 要： | 创优过程是旅游产业地位显著增强的过程，也是城市形象明显提高的过程。依照全国优秀旅游城市评价标准，结合达州市的基本旅游情况，运用特尔非法进行模拟打分。在评价结果基础上，找出差距，提出达州创优的具体策略。

| Abstract: | The process of setting up outstanding tourist city is also the process of raising status of tourism and figure of city. According to outstanding tourist city standard and basic stuation of Dazhou, the pappr uses Telphi methed to simulation points. On the basis of results, the paper finds gap and points out the specific strategy of Dazhou setting up outstanding tourist city. |
