试论非物质文化遗产预警指标体系的构建——基于社会和谐稳定模型的思考

通过实践调查和科学分析，对影响非物质文化遗产生存发展的内外因素进行了系统梳理，构建了系统理论模型，并在此基础上，构建了非物质文化遗产测量与评价指标体系，运用多层次模糊综合评判法进行综合评判，以期为全面考察具有较大历史文化和科学价值，特色鲜明，且处于濒危状态、急需抢救的项目，建立非物质文化遗产保护预警机制提供参考。

On the Construction of the Model of Emergency Pre-warning Indicator System for Intangible Cultural Heritage

By the survey of practice and scientific analysis, the inner and outer factors influencing the existence of Intangible Cultural Heritage were systematically sorted out, and the systematical and theoretical mode was constructed. Based on that, the multi-level indicator system to measure and evaluate the intangible cultural heritage was established in which fuzzy com-prehensive evaluation method was used, which provide references to construct the emergency pre-warning indicator system of Intangible Cultural Heritage in order to make all-round investigation of the items which have more historical, cultural and scientific value, distinctive characteristics and were in imminent danger of extinction and in instant need of first saving.
