衡水湖历史人文生态文化建设构想

衡水湖在漫长的历史发展中积淀了物质层面、精神层面、制度层面等丰富的历史人文生态文化资源。为配合衡水城市生态文化建设.对衡水湖历史人文生态文化资源的开发应着重从四个方面展开：按照科学发展观的要求,挖掘、整理传统生态文化思想,使之系统化;普及生态文化教育,倡导生态价值观;建立“生态文化”的管理协调机制;依据有效保护的原则,合理规划、科学开发。
