| 摘 要： | 按照现行刑法规定,伪造货币罪和变造货币罪是两个不同的犯罪行为,构成要件也不同,通过对伪造货币罪和变造货币罪的比较和分析,为了便于司法实践中打击和惩治这类犯罪行为,伪造货币罪和变造货币罪宜规定为同类犯罪,适用相同的量刑幅度。

| Abstract: | According to the criminal law, false currency and alter currency are two different crime, and "the components are different. Though the comparison and analysis of false currency and ahering currency, in order to attack and punish this crime, false currency and altering currency should put into the same kind of crime and apply to the same measurement penalty. |
