| 摘 要： | 由于性质的根本差异,新闻媒体与司法机构经常发生冲突,在中国特色社会主义发展的框架内,新闻媒体需要改变监督进路,从以直接监督司法活动为主转变为以促进立法完善为主,进而达到间接监督司法活动的目的,为最终实现依法治国的社会发展目标发挥建设性作用。

| Abstract: | News media is often conflict in judicial activities as the nature of the fundamental differences, and news media need to change the monitoring approaches within the framework of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the constructive furction which turn the oversee of the judicial activities into the promotion of the legislation, and then supervise judicial activities indirectly, and atlast realice in social development goals of the rule of law finally. |
