| 摘 要： | 市民道德建设作为塑造城市文明形象、提高市民道德素质的基础工程 ,对城市的可持续发展和现代化建设进程具有深远的影响和极大的作用。为此 ,本文从市民道德建设在城市现代化进程中的功能作用、内容构成和实施途径等三个方面进行了初步的探讨和论述。
