| 摘 要： | 教学质量是高校生存和发展的基础 ,保证和提高教学质量是高校的永恒的主题 ,尤其是在高等教育超常规发展的今天 ,研究如何提高教育质量的问题更具有深远的意义。本文以哈尔滨理工大学教育教学改革实践为例 ,详细论述了要通过转变教育思想、教育观念 ;推进以素质教育为主题的教学改革 ;加强学科建设 ,合理配置教育资源 ;加大投入力度 ,加强基础设施建设 ;坚持管理创新 ,强化教学质量管理等方面来提高高校的教学质量

| Abstract: | Educational quality is the foundation of the existence and development of universities. It is the eternal subject to ensure and improve the educational quality especially today in the time when universities develop at an exceeding higher speed. This paper takes the practice of educational reform of Harbin University of Science ands Technology as an example, discusses the concrete teaching reform and practices of it. |
