河北理工大学金融学专业建设与发展

市场经济的发展,对金融学人才提出了更高的要求.河北理工大学金融学专业起步晚,基础薄弱,在教材建设、教学方法、考核方式和师资队伍建设等诸方面存在不足.加强金融学专业建设,必须在以下方面采取对策:加大教材建设力度;改变教学理念;采用多元化教学方法;建立科学规范的课程考核体系;建设高水平的师资队伍等等,只有这样,才能推动金融学专业教学蓬勃发展.

Study on the Problems and the Countermeasures in the Process of the Building and Development of Financial Subjects in Our University

Market economy development of China brings forward new need for the competent financial persons.Finance speciality in our institute gets up in recent years,still stays in the phase of instability,and also very weak in the building of teaching materials,methodology,evaluation mode and construction of qualified teacher group.In order to enhance the construction of finance speciality in our college,every effort should be made in the following areas:strenthing the building of teaching materials,changing teaching idea,adoping multi-method methodology,creating reasonable and cononical evaluation system,and fostering qualified teaching group.This is the only way to give a big push to the vigorous development of finance speciality in our college.
