清代前期安徽在稻米供需格局中的地位

清代前期,安徽因耕地的不断垦辟、双季稻和杂粮的广泛种植增加了粮食产量,缓解了人口增长对粮食需求的压力,使稻米的大量输出成为可能;徽州地区虽常年仰赖外粮,并不影响安徽的粮源地地位;而高估了口粮消耗量,则影响了学者对清前期安徽粮源地地位的认识.安徽以江浙为主要销区,经常性地大量输出稻米,是清代前期重要的稻米供应者,但不是位居首位的稻米输出者.

The Role of Anhui in the Rice Supply in Early Qing Dynasty

In early Qing Dynasty the pressure of rice demand was lessened in Anhui province as a result of constant cultivation of farmland,the wide growing of biannual rice and other grain crops,which made it possible for Anhui to export large quantities of rice to other provinces.The perennial dependence for rice on outside sources in Huizhou area,part of Anhui province,didn't affect Anhui's role of grain exporter.However,the overestimation of grain consumption in Anhui has affected scholars' understanding of Anhui's role as a rice supplier in early Qing Dynasty.This essay concludes that Anhui,though not a leading rice exporter,was one of the important rice suppliers in early Qing Dynasty,based on the fact that it had frequently exported rice into Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
