| 摘 要： | 从构建社会主义和谐社会的角度，分析了在我国推进社会信用体系的重要性和迫切性。作者认为，社会信用体系是改进政府市场管理的有效方面，有利于促进诚信文化和精神文明建设。并从信息采集、完善法规、建立信用标准等方面阐述了我国信用体系建设中应把握的若干问题。
