我国装备制造业自主创新之问题透视与路径选择

装备制造业是国民经济的发动机,是关系国计民生和国家安全的战略性产业,而自主创新能力则是其核心竞争力.由于自主创新能力弱,缺乏关键技术、自主品牌和一流企业,形成了对国外设备的高度依赖性,导致我国装备制造业出现了一定程度的产业"空心化"现象,因此必须从发展国家战略性产业,从维护国家安全、加速实现工业化和现代化的战略高度来充分认识提高装备制造业自主创新能力的必要性和紧迫性,并从创新主体、创新途径、创新方式、创新管理和创新政策等视角寻求解决问题的有效路径与措施.

The self-innovational construction of equipment manufacturingindustry in China: problems analysis and their solutions

The equipment manufacturing industry is the power engine of the national economy in China and also the strategic industry closely related to the nation's security and the people's life.Its core competitiveness lies in its selfinnovational capacities.Due to the weaknesses in this aspect,namely,lack of key technology,self-owned brands and first-class enterprises,the said industry in China is unavoidably,highly dependent on those imported equipment,which leads to many series problems."Hollowing" is a much quoted word by the insiders in the industry to describe the hidden problem to some extent.Therefore,we must attach great importance to these problems and fully recognize the necessity and emergency for the self-innovational construction of the industry to accelerate the realization of both industrialization and modernization from the viewpoints of developing the nation's strategic industry and protection of the nation's security.At the same time,we must search for efficient solutions to those problems above-mentioned in the best ways possible.
