中国高等教育自学考试发展研究

我国高等教育自学考试经过三十多年的发展，已在我国教育体系中占据重要地位，成为普通高等教育、成人高等教育所不能替代的新的高等教育形式，并为我国现代化建设培养了一大批人才。文章首先介绍了高等教育自学考试制度的诞生与发展，然后探讨了高等教育自学考试发展的现状，和呈现出的例如考前学历层次明显上升等独有特征，以及在发展过程中出现的例如人才培养模式滞后于新时期社会的需要、师资队伍力量薄弱等问题和挑战。鉴于以上若干问题，本文在最后给出了以打造国家继续教育考试公共服务平台，并形成五大服务体系的基本方案。

The development of Chinese higher education self-study exam

After 30 years of development China＇s higher education self-study exam already has an important role in the education system in our country, and the ordinary higher education, adult higher education cannot replace the new form of higher education, what＇ s more, it has trained a large number of talents for our country modernization. The article first introduces the birth and development of the self-taught higher education examination system, then discusses the present situation of the development of higher education self-study exam, and presents the unique characteristics such as exam degree level increased significantly, and in the process of development such as person- nel training mode of lagging behind the need of the society in the new period, the weak teachers troop strength, problems and challenges. In view of the above problems, at the last, the paper puts forward to building national continuing education examination public service platform, and five service system the basic solution is formed.
