幸福工程的短板与幸福教育的意义

摘    要:幸福是对客观生活的主观感受,具有主观性与客观性双重维度。现今建设幸福工程的主流思路,更多的着眼于改善客观维度,而主观维度并没有给予应有的重视。心理学大量研究表明,经济收入等客观维度并非如通常所理解的那样主宰着幸福,而主观维度尤其是人格却是影响幸福感的关键因素,但遗憾的是,主观维度的幸福效应长期以来受到低估。政府可以通过大力发展幸福教育,改善个体幸福的主观维度。幸福教育非同于目前普遍存在的异化教育,旨在让人们获得判断幸福、感知幸福与创造幸福的能力。

The Limitation of Happiness Projection and the Importance of Happiness Education

Abstract:Happiness is a subjective experience to objective life, with the dual dimensions of subjectivity and objec- tivity. The main idea about instruction of Happiness Projection, is more focused on improving the objective dimen- sion; the subjective dimension, however, is not paid just attention. The abundant researches of psychology show that income and other objective factors are not as commonly understood as so dominated, meanwhile the subjective factors especially personality are critical. Unfortunately, the effect of subjective factors on happiness has been seri- ously underestimated for a long time. The government can improve the subjective dimension of individuals by stri- ving to promote the Happiness Education. Different from the general alienated education, the Happiness Education is to make people be able to judge happiness, to perceive happiness and to create happiness.
