| 摘 要： | 楠溪江是国家级旅游风景区,与温州市区隔江相望,是温州市的后花园,但是楠溪江的农村还很落后。该文通过分析楠溪江旅游业存在的问题,提出旅游业与房地产业结合开发的新思路,以促进楠溪江地区的经济发展,并针对存在问题提出相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Nangxijiang is the state tourism district,which lies across the Wenzhou urban area.The district is the back garden of Wenzhou,but its rural area is still poverty-stricken.In the paper,the authors discuss the issues on the tourism in the district,and propose the new perspectives on the combined development of the tourism and real estate so as to promote the economic development in the district.Furthermore they put forward the relevant strategies and measures for the issues. |
