| 摘 要： | 缠诉作为一种特殊的申诉形式，它不仅妨碍司法人员执行公务、影响法院正常审判业务的开展，而且对国家其他机关的正常工作秩序也产生诸多不利影响。当前缠诉已成为影响社会稳定的因素之一。分析产生缠诉的社会原因及心理原因，并提出解决对策，对维护社会稳定具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | As a special form of appeal, repeated-appealing not only prevents judicial officers from fulfilling their task, affects regular business of the trial of the court, but also has negative influence on normal order of other government organs. At present, it has endangered social stability. In this paper, the author based on an analysis of repeated-appealing from social and psychological perspective, tried to put forward solutions to this problem in order to maintain social stability. |
