| 摘 要： | 世界范围内,各国版权产业迅猛发展,而我国版权产业却还未完全成型,我们有必要对我国版权产业加以行政指导,以促进版权产业的进一步成型与发展。指导的方式有版权战略,版权产业报告,以及版权信息机制建设等等。并且在法治环境下,我们也应该把版权产业的行政指导纳入法治轨道。
