The Correlation Study of Farmers' Political Participation and the Modernization of Rural Governance Ability

Farmers＇ political participation is the important guarantee of promoting the of rural governance ability moderniza- tion. In the new era, farmers＇political participation is of non-public, unconscious, unbalance, non-institutional, etc. The corre- lation of them mainly displays in farmers＇ political participation consciousness is the premise of rural governance ability moderni- zation, behavior is the characterization of it, quality is key of it, and purpose is the pursuit of it. Therefore, we must pay special attention to the basic party construction to arouse farmers＇ political participation consciousness, innovate participation platform to encourage behavior of it, strengthen populist education to improve quality of it, and provide participation security to guide goal of it.
