| 摘 要： | 重庆城郊休闲旅游产业的发展面临产业基础薄弱、休闲观念缺失；社会支持系统乏力；基础设施、配套设施滞后；从业人员素质有限、行业管理不健全；产业良性合作机制缺乏；休闲项目服务功能雷同；政策法规不健全；资金瓶颈等方面的障碍。可以从整体规划、成立产业协会，制定优惠投融资政策、创新旅游产品、建立科学的人才机制等方面对重庆城郊休闲旅游产业进行提升。

| Abstract: | Chongqing is a young municipalities and has the special situation of ＂small city with large rural areas＂. There is so abundant suburban leisure tourism resources, but,how to develop and integrate is a problem to resolve. This paper has a preliminary analysis about the specific positioning,barriers ,potential and advantages of the industry in order to promote the sustainable development from the angle of the development of leisure travel industry in Chongqing＇ s peri-urban areas. |
