中国RTA发展的应对策略探寻

在多边贸易体制遭受挫折的情势下,区域贸易协定自20世纪90年代以来越来越受到各国的青睐,在发展过程中变化出不同的构成方式,并突破了地域的限制,触角伸向了更广阔的领域,在世界经济贸易领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。我国也在近年加大了同东盟、日韩和中亚等国家和地区的合作,签订了一系列经济贸易合作协议。在合作的进程中,我国应该结合各个国家、地区的不同情况,进行有效的策略规划,以期达到预期目标。

Counter-Measures for the RTA Development

With the decline of multi-lateral trade, regional trade became increasingly welcome in the 1990s. Various forms have developed in the past decade, extending their power beyond the regional confines. The RTA is now playing a great role in the trade worldwide. While China was expanding its cooperation with Japan, Korea, and the central Asian countries, many agreements were signed. The authors think that in so doing differences among these nations need to be emphasized so as to achieve better results.
