| Abstract: | From the perspective of the new proposition"scholastic ecology",the development of higher education requies a mature ecological environment of scholarship,apart from necessary funds and human and material resources.The problems revealed since the economic reform and opening-up to the outside world,indicate the urgency and importance of valueing and creating ,as soon as possible,a good ecological environment of scholarship in collages and universities. |
